Join us for an exclusive five course Valentine’s Day dining experience! Romantic music, candle light, a seafood feast for the senses and roses to take home to remember this special evening! Brought to you by Brine and Barnacle and hosted by Roots and Wings Distillery.

MENU

FIRST COURSE: Jumbo prawn cocktail with Maritime Madness seafood sauce and fresh lemon.

SECOND COURSE: Lobster Bisque Soup, a rich and creamy soup with velvety lobster stock. This luxurious bisque is perfectly smooth and decadent, finished with a hint of cream.

THIRD COURSE: Roasted garlic caesar salad, crisp romaine lettuce shredded Parmesan cheese and croutons tossed with house made caesar dressing.

FOURTH COURSE: Whole Fresh Atlantic lobster cooked in our authentic Nova Scotia spice blend served with a refreshing zesty slaw, melted garlic butter, fresh bread and lemon wedges.

FIFTH COURSE: Chocolate Covered Strawberries, fresh strawberries dipped in luxurious smooth white, milk and dark chocolate for the perfect balance of sweet and indulgent.
