We will have smudge if you would like to be smudged/cleansed beforehand. It’s up to you ☺️

– a yoga mat
– blanket
– cushion for your head
– water (sound and vibrational energy can get things moving in the body’s and can be very cleansing and detoxifying so it important to stay hydrated including after you leave)
– crystals (optional – Sound vibration is a beautiful way to cleanse/clear and charge your crystals.
