Provinces Authorized for Direct Shipment

Currently, we are only shipping spirits within British Columbia, and unfortunately, not to other provinces. Please feel free to contact us at marketing@rawstillhouse.ca if you have questions or want to be advised of when we’re able to ship to you.  

Shipping

Canada Post is Roots and Wings Distillery carrier of choice.  All spirits are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost shipping service. Shipping costs are based on average shipping rates to major centres.
Orders typically ship within 3 business days.  Orders placed Friday – Sunday will ship out Monday. For major metropolitan areas orders shipped via Canada Post may arrive in approximately 1-2 days in British Columbia.
 
Spirits is a perishable commodity. Spirits do not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your spirit during shipment. Roots and Wings Distillery is not responsible for, and will not replace spirits that are damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the spirit becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
If the customer selects another courier as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her Spirit club membership or purchase amount.

All shipments from Roots and Wings Distillery must be received by a person of Legal drinking age and will be verified with photo identification at time of delivery.
