Local Langley Farmland
Where Every Bottle Starts.
Our 30-acre farm sits in the fertile valley of the mighty Fraser River and has been in our family for three generations. It started as a produce farm, then became a sod farm, and today it's a combination of both — and home to Langley's first craft distillery.
We grow our own potatoes and corn on-site and draw from a natural spring water source on the property for distillation. Every spirit we make has a direct connection to this land. That's not a marketing line — it's just how it works here.
What started as a dream to build something from the soil up has grown into something we didn't fully expect: a gathering place. People come for the gin and stay for the music, the pizza, the dogs running in the park, and the kind of afternoon that stretches into evening without anyone noticing.

Stillhouse Pizza.
Tucked into the heart of the farm at Roots and Wings Distillery, the Stillhouse Pizza Truck is where fire, flavour, and craftsmanship come together in the most delicious way. Anchored by a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, this culinary gem brings an authentic, rustic approach to pizza-making—where every pie is kissed by flame and infused with rich, smoky character you simply can’t replicate.
Using thoughtfully selected ingredients and time-honoured techniques, the Stillhouse Pizza Truck creates one-of-a-kind pizzas that are both elevated and comforting. From perfectly blistered crusts to bold, fresh toppings, each pizza is crafted to stand on its own while also pairing seamlessly with the handcrafted spirits and libations produced right here on the farm.
Whether you’re settling in for a relaxed afternoon or gathering with friends on a lively evening, the Stillhouse Pizza Truck adds an unforgettable layer to the Roots and Wings experience.
